Spanish Holiday Property Market Update
The Spanish holiday property market seems to be improving as home prices rise and construction ramps up in areas across Spain, such as Mallorca, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and certain municipalities of Huelva, Alicante, and Malaga. Demand is being driven by foreign buyers, particularly the British. Costs on average are still 46% lower than in 2007. Demand from Belgian and Nordic buyers follows behind the British. Read more.
